• Leading and managing customer as well as development projects, managing the project scope, controlling budget and schedule
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Manage suppliers and partners in the frame of the projects
• Support in creating detailed technical offers for customers and public funded projects
• Develop a first project management framework and implement best practices
• Give input for the development path of our current solutions based on customer feedback

• MSc. Aerospace Engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Experience in guiding project teams
• Understanding of spacecraft and propulsion systems
• Customer centric approach and social skills to connect to customers, the project team and stakeholders e.g. at ESA
• Fluent in English, preferred German skills
• Ideal: Experience in the Rocket Propulsion Sector
• Ideal: Experience with ESA or National Agency funded projects
