ABOUT THE ROLE

Here at Pliant we require a Talent Sourcer - Working Student (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and pre-screening potential candidates for job openings within an organisation. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach. The Talent Sourcer works closely with the People Team and Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of each role and to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

This role will be based here in Berlin with a Hybrid work policy in place.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify candidates via social media (LinkedIn), job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Candidate Engagement: Reaching out to candidates through email and social media.
• Candidate Pre-Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate fit and present qualified candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised candidate database and track sourcing activities.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice on social media and other platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related field or a keen interest in learning more about this area
• Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
