We are currently looking for an IT Support / TechOps Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team! This role will be a hybrid position based in Berlin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Daily contact with your colleagues to ensure that IT is supporting their work in the most efficient way
  • Troubleshooting problems with users’ workstations
  • Troubleshooting problems with various SaaS tools
  • Procurement of hardware and software
  • Teaching and mentoring your colleagues on how to use various tools
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Ensuring the business is fully protected with antivirus, firewalls, latest updates, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Overwhelming desire to get shit done
  • Dopamine spikes from helping your colleagues
  • Aversion of monotonous tasks and willingness to automate as much as possible
  • Fluent English, other EU languages is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT Support and experience in IT Service Management
  • Familiarity with all major operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android)
  • Knowledge of hardware and networking
  • Experience managing assets and inventory
  • Understanding of how to do everything above efficiently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with managing Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, Slack, etc
  • Experience with Terraform or any other IaC tool
  • Knowledge of administrative systems, including identity and access management, mobile device management
  • Knowledge of setting up and managing conference equipment
  • Familiarity with security standards and certification processes (such as ISO 27001)
