ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Working Student/Intern - Commercial Strategy (m/f/d) to join our team here in Berlin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the implementation of our commercial strategy, contributing to key projects and initiatives
• Assist cross-functional teams in driving business growth and improving operational processes
• Work to maintain and optimise tools and systems to ensure smooth workflows and data accuracy
• Actively participate in projects that position the company for future success.
• Assist in creating tailored offers, pricing proposals, and pitch materials for the sales team.
• Help identify and document areas for process improvement to enhance team efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• An entrepreneurial attitude who is hands-on and would like to work in an early-stage business.
• Relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. startup/fintech, travel industry or banking)
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• A desire to take on responsibility right from the start and drive your own projects forward
• Fluent English both written and spoken, German or any additional European languages will be an advantage.
• Based in Berlin or have the desire to relocate to Berlin.
