ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at Pliant, you will drive the development of our platform and features, ensuring we deliver seamless, impactful solutions that empower businesses to optimize their financial operations. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with our vision while addressing customer needs.

This role requires a combination of technical aptitude, customer empathy, and strategic thinking to develop features that scale globally, deliver business value, and enhance the customer experience.

WHAT YOU´LL DO

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps to deliver impactful features for Pliant’s platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, to build scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and create meaningful product experiences.
• Leverage data and insights to analyze feature performance, identify areas for optimization, and inform future product development.
• Support the scalability and innovation of Pliant’s platform by working closely with engineers on technical design, API development, and system architecture.
• Stay informed about industry trends in fintech, payments, and technology, ensuring Pliant remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Foster alignment across teams, balancing technical feasibility, customer value, and business objectives.

WHAT YOU´LL BRING

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or a related technology field.
• Technical skills and aptitude: You are comfortable working with APIs, reading technical documentation, and demonstrating basic coding capabilities.
• Strong understanding of product platforms and the ability to scale solutions globally.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for aligning diverse stakeholders and driving initiatives forward.
• Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into impactful product features.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or additional European languages is a plus.
