ABOUT THE ROLE

🚀As Customer Relations Specialist (Italian & English) (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Pliant and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as a Customer Relations expert.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Guide and support (via email, phone, chat) new and existing clients to a successful implementation and integration with Pliant platform and Pliant cards.
  • Help clients set up their account correctly (setting up the accounting as well as operational setup) and show clients how to use and set up the functions and modules for their optimal use
  • Understand and assess the client's overall business situation to provide value add with Pliant card solutions
  • You act as an interface between our customers and your Pliant colleagues, e.g. our sales, credit or payments teams.
  • Improve the customer knowledge base: create and update user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, webinars, etc
  • Work closely with product and IT teams and contribute to the development of our product by sharing customer feedback
  • Support the Italian team with side projects such as translations, organizing fairs, account management, etc

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You have a talent for communication and 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in connection with travel industry, business software or a SaaS solution.
  • You should be able to advise our customers in Italian and English; other languages ​​(German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch) are desirable.
  • You enjoy dynamic environments, jumping from one task to another, because with us it never gets boring.
  • Flexibility is your superpower, even if things don't go as planned, you keep a cool head
  • Ideally, you have experience with accounting topics (e.g. during your studies or professional training), but at least they shouldn't put you off
  • You're keen to work in the best FinTech, with the best operations team in Berlin and get to know the start-up way of life
