ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us create a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects our company culture, values, and commitment to a top-tier recruitment process.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, empathetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Ideally this role will be based in Berlin, where we have a hybrid work policy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Candidate Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication at every stage in the interview process
  • Provide interview preparation support and answer candidate inquiries

Interview Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Organising and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process across a number of teams
  • Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to confirm availability

Process Optimisation & Experience Enhancement:

  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Maintain and update candidate experience guidelines and best practices

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Initiatives:

  • Assist in creating and implementing initiatives to enhance employer branding
  • Ensure job descriptions and career site content are engaging and reflect the company culture
  • Support social media and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent

Recruitment Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure all candidate interactions comply with data protection and confidentiality regulations
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Bamboo HR)
  • Updating and documenting our processes on an ongoing basis via Notion and Google Drive
