ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our Large customers on the French and Spanish markets here at Pliant. The ideal candidate will focus on owning the complete client relation from implementation, building strong relationships to identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with the Business Development team to drive further growth into these strategic markets
This role will be based in Lisbon (Remote). However, if you are open to relocating to our HQ in Berlin, Germany please let us know!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Client Growth and Relationship Management:
Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, unlocking the full potential for growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues
Strategic Collaboration and Planning:
- Develop Strategic Account Plans and strong client engagement
- Work closely with sales and internal teams to devise strategic marketing plans that support client goals and ensure KPIs are met
- Collaborate to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives and our company’s vision
Account Management and Upselling:
- Maintain comprehensive client records, tracking contract updates, renewals, and key interactions
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell, maximising client value
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential challenges
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship building at an enterprise level
- You must solid understanding of the financial technology and travel landscape
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self starter that is able to hit the ground running
- Proactive mindset with a client-centric approach to challenges
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client management practices
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish any other European language is an advantage
