ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Product – Partners & Workflows (m/f/d), you will lead a cross-functional product group that owns the systems and interfaces powering scale, automation, and partner enablement across Pliant’s platform. You’ll manage multiple PMs and shape the roadmap for the following areas:
- User and member management: account hierarchies, permissions, and access control
- Workflow automation: approval chains, task flows, lifecycle events, and internal tooling
- Accounting automations and integrations: syncing with tools like DATEV, Xero, and other systems across markets
- Partner platform: APIs and user interfaces enabling white-label use cases and Cards-as-a-Service (including the Partner Portal)
- APIs: all customer- and partner-facing public APIs used for self-service and integration
This is a foundational product area, the internal backbone of Pliant’s scale and the interface layer for our customers and partners. You'll report directly to the CPO and work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partner Success, and fellow Product leaders.
This is a hands-on leadership role that balances team development, roadmap ownership, technical depth, and system design, all with an eye toward extensibility and long-term platform thinking.
