ABOUT THE ROLE

As Revenue Operations Intern, you’ll be the problem-solver behind an automation-first GTM engine. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, and Legal to design, build, and maintain automations that remove busywork, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue. You will evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, integrate systems, and standardize processes across the funnel. You’ll also assist with vendor onboarding, coordinating security reviews, legal terms, and operational rollout, so new tools land smoothly, compliantly, and with measurable impact. You thrive on open-ended problems: framing them clearly, prototyping fast, shipping reliable solutions, and iterating based on data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with teams to find the real problems - meet with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal to uncover pain points; shadow workflows, review tickets/Slack threads, map processes, quantify impact, and turn findings into a prioritized automation backlog.
  • Build automations end-to-end - turn ambiguous workflow problems into reliable automations: map the current state, design the target state, prototype (no/low-code), test, ship, and measure impact.
  • Automate GTM workflows - streamline lead validation, enrichment, auto task creation, scoring, etc.
  • AI enablement in practice - identify tasks suited for AI, design prompts/guardrails, evaluate quality, and embed AI steps into different processes or tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Sheets, Slack).
  • Own vendor onboarding/offboarding - coordinate intake and comparison, security/privacy reviews (e.g., GDPR/DPA), partner with Legal on terms and lead go-live enablement with adoption metrics.
  • Optimize processes continuously - run time-and-motion analyses, expose bottlenecks, and remove manual steps; document before/after to quantify gains.
  • Run experiments - A/B test process changes or automation variants; analyze lift, ship winners, and iterate.
  • Document & enable - deliver training so teams adopt and rely on your automations.
  • Manage intake & SLAs - triage requests, set expectations, communicate status, and close the loop with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Location - based in Berlin/Vienna or willing to relocate.
  • Problem-solving aptitude - structured thinker who can break down extensive workflows, form hypotheses, and propose practical MVP solutions.
  • Builder mindset - comfortable using (or eager to learn) no/low-code automation tools e.g., HubSpot workflows, Zapier/N8N and reading basic API docs/JSON.
  • AI fluency - familiar with LLMs and prompt design; knows where AI helps, how to evaluate output quality, and when to add guardrails.
  • Vendor onboarding support - very organized and detail-oriented; can coordinate with Legal/IT/Finance, track security/privacy docs (e.g., DPA, GDPR basics), and help pilot → rollout plans.
  • Project & stakeholder management - can manage an intake queue, prioritize, communicate status, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Communication - clear, concise writer and presenter; fluent in English.
  • Education or equivalent experience - degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data. Additionally - experience via internships, projects, hackathons, or a portfolio of automations.
  • Nice to have: Prior internship/project in SaaS/FinTech GTM, exposure to HubSpot/Salesforce, or building small automations/scripts you can demo.
