We’re now looking for an
IT Support / TechOps Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues, ensuring tools and systems enable efficient and reliable work
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user workstations across macOS and Windows environments (Linux experience is a plus)
  • Support and administer a range of SaaS tools used across the company
  • Own IT-related onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including access provisioning and device setup
  • Procure, configure, and manage hardware and software assets
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and IT documentation
  • Enable colleagues by teaching best practices for internal tools and workflows
  • Ensure company systems are secure and up to date (endpoint security, antivirus, patches, basic networking)
  • Support and help manage the use of AI-powered tools across the company, including access management, security considerations, and user enablement
  • Proactively identify repetitive tasks and improve or automate IT and TechOps workflows

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong motivation to help others and take ownership of IT topics end to end
  • Enjoyment in supporting colleagues and solving practical, day-to-day technical problems
  • Hands-on experience in IT support, TechOps, or a similar role
  • Practical experience with common IT service management activities (e.g. incident handling, onboarding/offboarding, access management)
  • Confident administration and troubleshooting of macOS and Windows environments
  • Good working knowledge of hardware, networking, and endpoint management
  • Experience managing IT assets, inventories, and documentation
  • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on reducing manual work through automation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Fluent English (additional EU languages are a plus)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience administering tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with identity and access management and mobile device management tools
  • Exposure to AI tools in a workplace setting (e.g. copilots, internal assistants, automation tools)
  • Interest in security standards and certification processes (e.g. ISO 27001)
  • Basic experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
  • Experience setting up and supporting conference room or hybrid meeting equipment
