ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager - Banking (m/f/d) to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead partner onboarding projects end-to-end from scoping to Go-Live and post-launch support
  • Drive value creation and scalable product launches together with banking partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner account management and lead strategic initiatives to increase product adoption and long-term success
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partner implementations
  • Drive structured project management and build deep knowledge across banking processes, payments, and embedded finance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in the financial industry (i.e. Banks/ Fintechs), or in the consulting industry with a focus on banks
  • Experience designing and executing go-to-market models, ideally with partners (e.g. white-label, embedded finance, referral programs)
  • A structured and proactive approach to building processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering impact
  • Strong project management skills with clear ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can engage with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Ideally Berlin-based or open to working in a hybrid setup
