We’re looking for a senior and autonomous UI/UX designer to elevate our design and team to the next level. With you, we are raising the bar for everyone including our current design, product, and engineering team.

🤖 What you’ll be doing

Own our design system to ensure consistency across all user interfaces and interactions;

You co-own the design process: Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to completion based on the methodology to build x measure x learn x iterate x repeat;

You work hands-on and own product functions/verticals with indirect support from a PM. And yes, we do agree with Brian Chesky 😉

You conduct user research and analytics to stay closer to our customers than anyone else;

You collaborate closely with our founders, the product, and engineering teams to deliver outcomes

You are autonomous and mentor / grow our talented UI/UX design team

You are connected in your UI/UX domain

Here are some requirements or signals we watch out for – We expect you to be…

…experienced: 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, of which 4+ years in Saas fintech/HR/payroll;

…be a mentor: 2+ years leading, coaching and mentoring product designers

…hands-on: You have built a design system before and want to do it even better leveraging your team;

…user-centric: You develop a deep understanding of our users and educate all other team members;

…mastering FIGMA as your design suite. We use LINEAR for project and task management;

…proficient in German AND English
