We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and build up the Finance function. In this role, you'll oversee several tasks, from bookkeeping to ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that our financial reports are clear and insightful. You'll work closely with our COO to analyze financial data, identify trends, and also dive into special projects. This role requires someone who is ready to jump in and provide the financial insights and operational support needed across various teams to help us thrive.

Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting

• Take charge of our day-to-day bookkeeping, managing invoices, expenses, and ensuring everything is accurately recorded.

• Prepare clear and insightful financial reports that guide our growth, and help shape our budgeting and forecasting processes.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and refine financial models that support our growth strategy, from budgeting and to financial models for financing rounds.

• Partner with the COO to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Operational Support:

• Dive into special projects, like helping us nail our ISO 27001 certification and streamlining our operations.

• Be ready to jump in and support various teams, providing the financial insights and operational help they need to thrive.

Education & Experience

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar, plus 2-5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in a startup.

• You have worked with expense management tools such as Spendesk and are proficient in excel.
