As a Marketing Manager at QuantPi, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and adoption of our AI testing solution. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue. During the Head of Marketing's upcoming maternity leave, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth continuation of all marketing activities. You will work closely with our product and sales teams to align efforts and maximize impact. This role requires an exceptional ability to translate complex information into clear and concise messages, and a strong drive to turn ideas into impactful actions.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective, customer-centric, multi-channel campaigns across content, social, email, paid, and events which drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation.

• Content Strategy & Creation: Create compelling content across various formats (blog, articles, white papers, webinars, case studies, website, email) to drive relevant engagement.

• Sales Collaboration: Closely work with the sales team to ensure a continuous feedback loop between product and market insights, and support the creation of standardized sales materials for all pipeline stages.

• Management Support: Mentor junior team members who support content creation, conduct competitive analysis, gather market intelligence, and automation tasks.

Qualification

• 4+ years of experience in a fast paced marketing role or a similar

• Strong interest in AI and machine learning concepts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German as well

• Ability to work independently and create compelling content

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (ideally hubspot)

• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns
