Your mission and responsibilities
You will work closely with our Senior P&C Manager (Hi, it's me, Konrad, writing this JD) and COO to manage the full employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to nurturing a positive and engaging work environment. We are a diverse, great-minded, and experienced team, and you will be a key partner in balancing our scaling needs with our commitment to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from kicking off with the Hiring Team and screening candidates to coordinating & conducting interviews, and delivering a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to build, automate, and improve P&C processes and tools to support our growth, ensuring we can scale effectively without compromising our culture. Experience with Personio workflows is a plus, and experience with Make.com would be ideal.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Assist in the administration of benefits, compensation, and performance programs. Ensure continuous compliance with German labor laws and keep our policies and procedures up-to-date.
- Employer Branding: Co-Lead the implementation and setup of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a career website to enhance our employer branding.
- Culture & Engagement: Contribute to our unique startup culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Employee Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing a wide range of questions and supporting positive employee relations.
