As our B2B Growth & Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in driving highly focused account-based marketing initiatives across Tier-1 semiconductor companies, failure analysis labs, and hardware security leaders. You’ll take ownership of LinkedIn campaign execution, CRM optimization, performance tracking, and funnel analytics — directly contributing to qualified meetings and customer evaluations.

Working closely with sales and leadership, you will help translate strategic priorities into measurable growth initiatives. This is a hands-on, data-driven role at the intersection of marketing, sales operations, and enterprise expansion — designed for someone who wants to build real commercial impact in a deep-tech environment.

What will you do
  • Own and execute highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns for QuantumDiamonds, focusing on Tier-1 semiconductor companies, failure analysis labs, automotive OEMs, and hardware security stakeholders.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of cost-per-qualified-lead.
  • Build and maintain a structured global target account database, profiling semiconductor fabs, OSATs, FA labs, and strategic decision-makers.
  • Operate and optimize CRM processes (Pipedrive or similar), ensuring clean pipeline management, tagging, segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Develop performance dashboards tracking funnel metrics from campaign engagement to qualified meetings and evaluation discussions.
  • Implement and manage LinkedIn Insight Tag, website tracking, and retargeting strategies to identify and activate high-intent accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align campaigns with strategic priorities (In-Lab, In-Fab, Hardware Security, Automotive).
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, messaging, and funnel efficiency based on data.
  • Contribute to positioning QuantumDiamonds as the global leader in quantum sensing for advanced chip testing through precision-driven B2B execution.
What is expected of you
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proven experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce), including pipeline management, tagging, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize based on measurable KPIs.
  • Structured and data-driven approach to account segmentation and enterprise targeting.
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of campaign execution end-to-end.
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with complex industrial target groups.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in B2B, account-based marketing, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Interest in semiconductors, deep-tech, hardware systems, or industrial markets.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.
