Market Assessment:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Evaluate competitive products and provide insights to drive product development.

Requirement Definition:
Collaborate with stakeholders/customers to gather and document detailed product requirements.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Ensure requirements are aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
Work closely with the engineering team to define product requirements and specifications.

Product Development Support:
Collaborate with the engineering team throughout the development process.
Provide ongoing support and answer questions to ensure the product meets defined requirements.

Product Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.

Product Release:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.
Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and plans.

Go-to-Market Rollout:
Work with marketing and sales teams to enable and inform them about the product.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

Product Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of newly released products.
Analyze customer engagement and feedback to inform future product improvements.

Support Plan Definition:
Define and implement support plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with customer support teams to address and resolve customer issues.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers throughout the product lifecycle to gather feedback.
Ensure products not only solve customer problems but also delight and exceed their expectations.

Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business with technical complementary subject, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Self-starter and self-motivator with 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud software or industrial automation. Relevant internships or work experience will be considered.
Technical Skills: Understanding of cloud technologies and industrial automation, specifically PLCs. Familiarity with software development and deployment processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German required. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Project Management: Strong project management, interpersonal, leadership, organizational and written/verbal communication skills required; ability to sell ideas and present strategies. Ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound projects simultaneously.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Maturity and leadership presence
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
