We're looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Working Student Office Manager to support the smooth daily operations of our office in Munich. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys creating structure and keeping things running behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you

Be the go-to person for all day-to-day office operations
Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, post and facility-related needs
Support scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
Welcome visitors and create a positive office atmosphere
Assist with event planning and team coordination
Collaborate with HR and Finance for administrative support tasks
Help us maintain a tidy, well-organized, and functional office space

Enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program (ideally in Business Administration, Management, or similar)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in German and English

Confident with MS Office or Google Workspace
Previous experience in office or administrative roles is a plus
