Relentlessly advance TURN2X projects toward FID readiness by owning both project development execution and commercial structuring, while operating in a fast-moving environment.

• Drive TURN2X projects from origination through advanced development stages across Spain and Portugal.
• Support both technical/project development and commercial work-streams in parallel to keep projects moving fast.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (partners, utilities, authorities).
• Contribute to structuring and progressing co-development opportunities with local partners.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready inputs for internal gates and leadership discussions.
• Operate hands-on in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unblocking issues.

• 3+ years of experience in project development (preferably hydrogen, solar PV or biomethane), commercial, strategy consulting, or startup/scale-up environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing setups and juggling multiple priorities.
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen, or PtX projects.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel.
