Your Mission
Join our team as a key player in IT Support at Dive! You'll work closely with our Information Security Officer and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and friendly technical assistance. Your role is all about making IT simple and seamless, helping us stay productive and secure. Bring your curiosity and enthusiasm to Dive, where you'll gain hands-on experience and play a vital part in our IT success story.
Your Responsibilities
  • You provide technical support to end-users and troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.
  • You manage and resolve IT support tickets to ensure smooth operations for our team.
  • You handle day-to-day IT operations, including the ordering and receiving of IT-related equipment.
  • You support IT related onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • You help develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • You manage and patch IT devices.
Your Qualifications
Must-have:
  • Enrolled at a university for at least one more year
  • Available 16-20 hours per week to support us
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German skills are a plus
Nice-to-have:
  • Background and experience in an IT support role
  • Previous experience in automating IT processes and basic programming skills
  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, as well as various hardware and software and cloud applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, Azure, Intune and Entra ID or similar technologies is an advantage
